Introduction

Ingredients

    Egg Whites Hannaford 2 oz= 46g =1/4 cup, 3 serving
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    President Feta Crumbled All Natural 1 oz 28g, 28 gram(s)
    Thin 'N Trim Virginia Baked Ham (deli), 2 oz
    Spinach, fresh, 15 leaf

    pepper to taste

Directions

Saute ham and onion.
Beat the eggs in with the egg whites.
Pour over the egg mixture
Add the cheese and spinach and cook
Turn the broiler on and place under the broiler to finish
