Ingredients

    1 can albacore tuna packed in water
    1 tbsp pickle relish
    1/4 c cottage cheese blended
    3 tbsp chopped onion
    4 slices medium tomato
    2 slices cheese
    2 English muffin Thomas light

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Mix tuna, onion, cottage cheese & pickle relish in a bowl until well combined.

3. Lightly toast english muffin place a spoonful of tuna mixture on each half of english muffin top with one slice of tomato and half piece chesse each.

4.broil for about 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
