Ingredients

Skim milk 1 cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Olive oil 5 tsp
Salt 3/4 tsp
White flour 2 cups
Dry oats 1/2 cup
Gluten flour 1 tbsp
Dry yeast 1 1/4 tsp
Tips
This can be made entirely in the breadmaker.
Directions
Put all ingredients into the breadmaker and run it on the dough setting. When it's ready, turn dough out onto floured board and flatten it, turning several times. Roll or squash it to fit a breadpan and press well into the pan. Prove 30-60 minutes, depending on warmth, and bake at 400 F for 25 minutes. Turn out of breadpan and cool on rack. Leave at least an hour before slicing.
Serving Size: One loaf makes 16 regular slices or 22 thin slices.
