Ingredients

    simply potatoes shredded hashbrowns - half bag
    1/2 cup spinach
    3 slices turkey bacon broken in to small pieces
    3 eggs
    3 egg whites
    1/2 cup skim milk
    3 oz mozzerella cheese

Directions

spray pie plate with olive oil cooking spray
spread half package of simply potatoes hash browns into pie plate and bake at 375 for 15 minutes
mix eggs, egg whites, milk, spinach, turkey bacon and pour over hashbrowns. Bake another 20-25 min, add cheese, bake 5 min until cheese is melted
