Introduction

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    Buckwheat 1/2 cup
    Oatmeal. 1/2 cup
    Powdered peanut butter 2 TBS
    Dry milk powder 1/4 cup
    Almond milk 3/4 cup
    Buttermilk. 1/2 cup
    Eggs. 2

Tips

1 serving is ONE sqauare


Directions

Grind all the grains together first at add milk powder and and peanut powder in a separate container. Then mix eggs and Almond milk together. Combine and rest for about 10 minutes for grains to absorb liquid.

NOW add 2 tsp baking powder

Cook in waffle iron immediately

Serving Size: Makes 9 squares

    Thank you for your kind words. You can use buckwheat flour (I use the grain) and oat flakes. Just make sure you grind all the dry ingredients. I use a vitamix, but a blender would work fine
