Meatloaf

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 large eggs, Omega 3
    1 tsp. black pepper
    l stalk celery
    l tsp chopped garlic
    l small onion
    1/2 large green pepper
    1/2 large red pepper
    2 lbs. lean ground beef
    1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
    1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup wheat germ
    1 tlbs. Italian seasoning
    1/4 cup water

Directions

Chop all vegetables in food processor
mix eggs and water
mix all ingredients together, put in loaf pan or whatever pan suits

Bake at 350F for 90 minutes, drain off any excess fat, top with tomato sauce or ketchup and parcley cover and put back in over at reduced heat of 275F for another 30 minutes
