3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Large Egg, beaten
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, softened
1/4 Cup Natural Applesauce
1 Cup Mashed Ripe Banana
Mix Butter & Sugar for 3 minutes
Add egg and applesauce. Fold in bananas
Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Slowly add flour mixture to wet ingredients
Pam loaf pan (9 x 5)
Cook 50-60 minutes
Let bread cool in pan for 5 minutes; remove and cool on wire rack.
Serving Size: Makes 10 Slices
