Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 center cut pork chops
    1/2 cup canned, crushed, drained, pineapple
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp cider vinegar
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp grated orange peel
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp seasoned pepper
    Dash tabasco

Directions

1. Brown pork chops and drain fat.
3. Place browned chops in 9x9 corning ware dish.
3. Combine remaining ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
4. Pour over chops and microwave for 7 minutes.
5. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
