Kathy's lasagna primavera w/chicken

Introduction

Ingredients

    14.5 oz del Monte petite cut no salt added diced tomatos
    8 oz hunts no salt added sauce
    1 cup zucchini diced
    1 cup summer squash diced
    1 cup red pepper diced
    1.25 cup sorrento part skim ricotta
    1.25 cup Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese
    9 oz perdurable short cuts original roasted chicken breast
    1 tbsp Italian seasoning
    10 pieces barilla lasagne

Directions

Dice three veges and add to petite diced tomatoes and sauce. Add Italian seasoning and simmer until veges cooked. Mix cheeses together and cook pasta in seperate pan. Then layer sauce, lasagna, sauce, chickenand cheeses until all ingredients used. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes six lunch servings.
