Ingredients

    2.5lbs potatoes
    1 bag carrots
    2 cans of corn
    6 stalks celery
    1Tbsp parsley
    5 cups water
    3 Tbsp butter
    1 bag spinach
    1 can evaporated nonfat milk
    2 chicken bouillon cubes

Directions

mix everything except spinach and evaporated milk. cook on medium for 30min. add spinach and evaporated milk and serve.
