One of these recipes you can do while multitasking, just throw everything in the pot and let it simmer away

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    250gm of Beef cubes, fat removed
    3 cups of water
    1 carrot, cubed
    1 small onion, cubes
    3 small to medium potatoes peeled & cubed
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper, ground
    .25 tsp paprika
    tumeric, ginger, cloves, curry powder to your liking

Tips

can be done in a slow cooker as well


Directions

cut the meat in cubes, put in the pot, add water. prepare the vegetables and add, add the spices. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for the rest of the time.

Boil all of it together for 60-90 minutes.

The potatoes should be falling to pieces to add thickness to the soup and the meat should be tender

Serving Size: makes about 4 x 1 cup servings
