Introduction

Ingredients

    12 eggs
    1/2 small onion
    6 C fresh spinich
    1 C shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 8oz pk breakfast sausage

Directions

Brown sausage and drain off the fat. While sausage is cooking, chop onion and spinich and onion in food processer. Add eggs to food processer and pulse to combine. Add cheese to processor and pulse to combine. Spray crockpot with non stick spray. Put drained sausage on the bottom of the crockpot and top with egg mixture. Cook on low 6-8 hrs.
