Salsa, 1 cup
*Peanut Butter, chunk style, 1/3 cup
*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
*Light Balsamic Viniagrette dressing, 3 tbsp
Molasses, 1 tbsp
Water, tap, .1 tbsp
Chili powder, 1 tsp
Ginger, ground, 1/2 tsp
Garlic, 1/2 tsp
Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
Sesame seed oil 1 tbsp
Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces
*brown rice, 4 serving
Broccoli, cooked, 2 cup, chopped
2.Combine chili powder, ginger, garlic and pepper, sprinkle over and coat chicken with spice mixture.
3. In a large skillet heat sesame seed oil over medium-high heat; cook chicken strips until cooked through add frozen broccoli cover keep on low heat till broccoli is heated.
4. Serve over rice, add sauce to taste
