Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 oz pumpkin seeds
    2 oz sunflower seeds
    2 T sesame seeds
    2 T miso paste
    2 stalks celery finely chopped
    juice of one lemon (or water if you prefer)
    herbs to taste

Directions

Grind seeds in a nut mill or bullet. Add miso paste, celery, and lemon juice (or water) and mix thoroughly. Roll into 8 balls and serve.
