3 cup Napa Cabbage, chopped
1 cup Red Cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup Carrots, grated
1/2 cup Orange Bell Peppers, sliced
1/2 cup Cucumber with peel, sliced
1/8 cup Almonds slivered
6 oz. Cooked Chicken Breast, diced
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Honey
1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. Sesame Seed Oil
Orange slices are a great addition to this salad.
Toss the salad with the dressing.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Serving Size: Makes 2 2 cup serving
