Introduction

My homemade easy hamburger stew,can also be made in a crock pot,just brown beef first.Comfort food for a cold day. My homemade easy hamburger stew,can also be made in a crock pot,just brown beef first.Comfort food for a cold day.

Ingredients

    1 lg lean ground beef
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1med stalk celery diced
    1 cup chopped carrots
    28 oz can diced tomatos
    3 med.potatoes,quartered
    1cup beef broth


Directions

In a large pot brown ground beef,add remaining ingrediants and bring to a boil.Reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 min.until vegtables are tender.

Serving Size: makes 8 1cup servings
