Chicken Chilli

Ingredients

    1 pack of Publix Greenwise skinless chicken breast tenderloins. 1 packet of McCormick White Chicken Chilli Seasoning Mix. 1 Can of publix black beans in seasoned sauce. 1 can of pblix whole kernal sweet corn without salt added. 1 Tbs of olive oil. 1 cup of water.

Tips

I put this in a whole wheat wrap with brown rice for my son. I top it with mozerella chesse and a bit of sour cream! He loves it :-)


Directions

Heat 1 tbs of olive oil, add chicken. Cook chicken until no longer pink. Then add your Chilli Mix, Water, undrained beans, drained corn and mix well. Season to taste and simmer for about 15min.
