Number of Servings: 4


    2/3 c heavy cream
    1-1/2 lb lean ground beef
    1 T dried parsley
    1/2 c finely minced onion
    1 t salt, or to taste
    Pepper to taste
    1 oz Parmesan cheese
    1 egg


Preheat oven to 325.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Do not overmix. Put in a loaf pan and bake about 1 hour.
