2 cups organic Spelt Kernels (VITA-SPELT)
4-1/2 cups water
3 tablespoons sodium free granulated
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 chopped large fresh tomatoes
2 chopped large sweet onions
4 large garlic cloves sliced thin
1 tablespoon oilive oil
3 tablespoons capers
15 thinly sliced large canned black olives
Saute onions and garlic in oilive oil on low heat until just soft. Combine sauted oniopns,garlic tomatoes, olives, capers and cooked hot spelt in large bowl and serve immediatley.
Makes 12 1/2 cup servings 160 caloreis each.
Will keep refridgerated for 3 days and gets better each day.
