Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 diced carrots
    1 lb. stew meat
    3 peeled, diced potatoes
    1 cup water or beef stock
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 medium quartered onions
    1 chopped celery stalk, with leaves
    green beans

Directions

Combine:
carrots potatoes
water or beef stock
worcestershire sauce
garlic
bay leaf
salt
peper
onions
celery

Brown: 1-2 lbs (this recipe has 1) lb beef chuck or stew meat in 2 T canola oil in a large skillet

Add: meat to vegetables

Cook: over medium heat for 2-3 hours

Add: green beans

Cook: 10 minutes longer (or until beans are done)

Serving Size: Makes 6-8 servings
