Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 2 medium
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    *Peanut Butter, chunk style, 2 tbsp
    Splenda 1 Packet
    cinamon ground, 3 shakes ( as much as you like )
    *All Natural Original PAM No Stick Cooking Spray

Tips

I didnt use syrup as they taste sweet for the bananas and splenda, I added golden raisins to mines, you can add pecans, blueberries,flaxseed,etc, just add the calories.


Directions

mash bananas, add eggs and peanut butter and mix, add cinammon and splenda, mix again.

Heat up a non stick skillet and use pam ( or if you want coconut oil )

Serving Size: makes 8 pan cakes
