pasta with greek yogurt and vegetables. pasta with greek yogurt and vegetables.

    Bell Peper
    0% plain greek yogurt
    lemon juice
    extra virgin olive oil


1.cook pasta two minutes less then directed on package
2. While pasta is boiling, mix mash garlic and salt into a pulp. mix with yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil.
3. when pasta is done, add vegetables to water and cook for another two minutes or until vegetables are to your liking.
4. drain the pasta/ veggies
5. add yogurt mixture
