Ingredients

    5 cups unsweetened coconut
    3/4 c sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    3 eggs
    tsp almond extract
    tsp vanilla extract

Whip eggs with sugar. Add extracts and salt. Stir in coconut. Form into 30 balls. Bake on parchment lined sheets for 20 min.
