Quorn Chix Pasta Salad

Ingredients

    *Healthy Harvest Pasta, Rotini, 4 oz (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Provolone Cheese, 7 oz (remove)
    Baby Carrots, raw, 10 medium (remove)
    Onions, raw, .3 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Chik'n Cutlets Meatless and Soy Free -Quorn, 2 serving (remove)

    Dressing
    *Olive Oil, Kirkland, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 5 tbsp (remove)
    *Vinegar - Unico - Red Wine Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)

    1/2 t salt
    1/4 t pepper
    1/2 t sugar
    1/2 t dry mustard
    3-4 T basil

Tips

This MUST be refrigerated before cooking - it smells really bad when it's hot.


Directions

Cook pasta, combine salad ingredients, combine dressing ingredients, mix together. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours before cooking.
