2 slices 8 grain bread toasted
1 pat of butter
1 slice onion chopped fine
Hormel Bacon Bits 1 tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese 1 oz grated
Mrs. Dash salt free seasoning - lite sprinkle
lemon pepper - lite sprinkle
Cajun powder - lite sprinkle
While doing this toast the bread and place on a plate.
Cut the omelet in half and slide each half on the toast. You can eat it like an open fast sandwich and makes a quick easy breakfast.
Watching calories? Only eat once a week.

I made this using pam butter spray (-9g fat and 80-cal), added green peppers, egg beaters (-9g fat and 80 cal) and pepper jack cheese slice (-1g fat and 10 cal). I also split it between 2 people using 3 slices of whitewheat bread. Cutting calories & fat considerably. Great Recipe. My kid loved it! - 7/1/08
