Banana Walnut Waffles

Ingredients

1/2 C. Oatmeal (regular or instant)
1/2 C. Fiber One cereal
1 C. Egg Beaters
3/4 C. Fat Free Cottage Cheese
1/4 C. mashed banana
2 packets Splenda
1/2 tsp. banana extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 C. chopped walnuts
Butter Flavor PAM
Directions
Combine all ingredients (except walnuts) in a blender. Transfer to pourable bowl or large Pyrex measuring cup and stir in walnuts. Cook in heated waffle iron lightly coated with Butter Flavor PAM.
