2 cups chopped Kale, hard stems removed
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes with juice
1 tsp chopped garlic from a jar
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
Makes enough to top four servings of whole wheat pasta or rice.
Serving Size: makes four servings of about 3/4 cup
