    1 C Kale
    1 C Spinach
    3 Stalks of Celery, Cut into strips
    1 Granny Smith Apple, Cored
    1 Banana
    1 C Frozen Peaches
    1/2 C Skim Milk
    2 Scoops Kroger Whey Protein Powder

Directions

Put all of the ingredients into your blender and blend! It's that easy, and delicious!
