1l chicken broth
100g dry whole wheat pasta
150g broccoli
1tbs olive oil
200ml vegetable juice

Directions
chop meat and veggies, heat up oil, brown meat and onions, add broth, add in veggies, season to taste, add pasta and vegetable juice, broil for about 15 min.
