Introduction

This is a good morning booster! Wakes you up, and "they" say it helps boost your metabolism. I'll often take a dose of this about 1/2 hour before breakfast. This is a good morning booster! Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 tbsp unfiltered raw Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    1/2 packet Stevia
    4 oz warm water

Directions

In a glass, mix the vinegar, lemon juice, cayenne, and stevia together until blended pretty well. Add the warm water, give it a stir, and chug it down.
I've found it helps if I hold my nose while doing it - if you don't smell the vinegar & cayenne, it doesn't seem to burn as much. :-)
