Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
*Starkist Tuna Creations -Sweet & Spicy, 8 oz

In another pan, heat on medium high, add some oil, then the onions and peppers. Add garlic to pan. Cook for 1 minute or so. Then add the tuna to the pan to warm (could also be canned chicken or any protein).
Drain the pasta and vegies in a collendar. Place back in the pot, then add onion, tuna mix and mix to combine.
Could garnish with fresh graded parmagan cheese, but that is optional.
