Ingredients

    2 cans tuna in water ( drained)
    2 oz fage-o% Greek yogurt
    3 tsp Dijon mustard
    3 green onions thinly sliced

mix all ingredients and serve on bread or salad of your choice.
I put mine in halve pita with lots of spinach and cucumber slices.
