Ingredients

Whole grain cereal
Rolled Oats
Shredded Coconut (Pref unsweetened)
Ground Flax
Liquid Honey (or other natural sweetener)
Maple Syrup
Almond Butter
Pumpkin Seeds (or sunflower)
Dried fruit
Tips
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Heat honey and almond butter and stir until combined and smooth. Poor over dry ingredients and mix well. Lightly spray 8X8 pan with cooking spray. Pack mixture into pan and let cool completely, may refrigerate for 30 minutes. Cut into bars and store in sealed container or freeze.
