FRANKS STRAWBERRY, ORANGE AND BANANA SMOOTHIE

Introduction

BLENDED SMOOTHIE WITH PROTIEN ADDED BLENDED SMOOTHIE WITH PROTIEN ADDED
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Place 1 c of crushed ice in blender
    Add fresh or frozen fresh strawberries
    Add 1/2 frozen small banana
    Add 1 c Orange Juice or fresh oranges equivalent to 1 c juice
    Blend on medium speed till ice is fully blended
    Add tap water to taste for consistency
    Add 1/2 scoop Body Fortress Whey Protein power and thoroughly blend.
    Makes 2 servings of 10 oz. each.

Tips

Feel free to make with other fruits as desired. Just make sure the calories of the fruit match the ingredients listed.


Directions

Add crushed ice. strawberries, orange juice and frozen bananas in blender and blend thoroughly.

If mixture is too thick, add some tap water to thin,

With blender on medium speed, add the Body Fortress Whey Protein powder and complete to blend to smooth texture.

Serve in two tumblers and enjoy
