    100% Whey Protein Powder Gold Standard - Vanilla Ice Cream, 1 scoop
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium
    Blue Diamond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk, 1 cup
    Pineapple Chunks - frozen or fresh -1/4 cup or 5 chunks frozen

Directions

Put in blender and blend.
The longer you blend the frothier it will be.
