Low Fat Banana Bread with Coconut Oil

Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 2.5 cup (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    Coconut Oil, .5 cup (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed (remove)
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    Milk, 1%, .5 fl oz (remove)

Directions

Mix coconut oil with brown sugar. Add applesauce, egg beaters,vanilla and mashed banana. Combine dry ingredients then add to wet ingredients - adding milk at the same time. Poor into 2 greased loaf pans and cook at 350 for 45 - 50 min.

Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves of 12 slices each
