Ranch Crab Salad

Ingredients

    Imitation Crab
    Green Giant Healthy Vision Frozen vegetables
    Kraft Fat Free Mayonnaise - about 1/2 cup
    Pasta whole wheat elbows
    1 package Hidden Vally Ranch dressing

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions, drain and cool with cold water. Cook vegetables according to directions on package, cool by dumping in colander and running cold water on them. MIx package of Ranch dressing and mayo, add rest on ingredients. Chill and eat.

  • I loved it! I used whole wheat rotini, added 2 T of shredded parm, & cut down a tad on the mayo. I also threw my frozen veggies in with the pasta to save time cooking. Next time, I think I'll try it with FF plain yogurt instead. Thanks for the recipe! - 3/2/08
