Cristina's Homemade Oat Bran Pancake

Introduction

an easy to cook home made pancake, good for those who are needing more fiber in their diet an easy to cook home made pancake, good for those who are needing more fiber in their diet
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 tbsp. oat bran (any brand)
    1 packet stevia (sugar substitute)
    1 whole beaten egg
    5 tbsp. water
    1 pinch of ground cinnamon (for additional flavoring)

Directions

1.put 2 tbsp.oat bran in a mixing bowl.
2. add 1 packet of stevia for sweetener
3. add 1 whole egg to oat bran and stevia, add 5 tbsp. water, mix well until there is no more lump on the oat bran
4. sprinkle ground cinnamon to add more flavor
5. heat non-stick pan and wipe with small amount of oil, pour in mixed ingredients using deep laddle to measure desired size
6. cook one side until golden brown
7. turn the other side until golden brown
8. serve hot together with preferred hot or cold drinks


Serving Size: 1-6 small sized pancakes
