4 chicken breast-no skin/no bone
1 cup fat free yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp coriander, ground
juice from 1 lime
3 tbsp fresh cilantro, rough chop
Kosher Salt & pepper to taste
Remove chicken from package and rinse. Pat dry and "fork-it."
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together besides the chicken.
Place the chicken in a pie pan.
Cover with the wet mixture.
Let sit in the fridge for 5 to 60 minutes.
If you let it set to long- it will turn into mush.
Cook and serve with whole wheat flat bread.
You can add fresh spinach, tomatoes & cucumbers.
Great meal on a hot summers night.
