Easy Banana Ice Cream

Introduction

Wondering what do do with those over ripe bananas? Freeze them so that you can make a fast banana ice cream later. Oh so good! Wondering what do do with those over ripe bananas? Freeze them so that you can make a fast banana ice cream later. Oh so good!

Ingredients

    1 Ripe Banana, cut into pieces before freezing
    1 cup Almond Breeze Original
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Tips

You can make variations, like adding a Tbsp. Peanutbutter, strawberries, chocolate, or whatever you like.


Directions

Put frozen bananas, almond milk and vanilla extract in a high speed blender (I find the Ninja works the best).
Blend until creamy. Eat and enjoy!
