Baked Turkey Burgers No Egg or Bread

Introduction

Baked alternative to regular burgers. Baked alternative to regular burgers.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    Seasonings of your choice
    1/4 c Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c Italian blend shredded cheese
    4 Tbsp Honey Mustard Dressing

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix ground turkey, seasonings, egg white, and bread crumbs together in a bowl. Form into 4 patties. Lay on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until fully cooked.

Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly. Spread 1/2 T honey mustard on each piece of bread. Build your burger!

Serving Size: Makes 4 burgers
