Norma's Vinaigrette

Introduction

I got this recipe from a friend in Buenos Aires and have adapted it to suite my taste. Vinegar and I don't get along, but the honey in this recipe tempers the vinegar for me. Still, I cut it in half to get it right for my tastes. The recipe above reflects the higher amount for "normal" folks! Obviously seasonings can be substituted to reflect your taste. Ingredients



    2 Tbs. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    1 Tbs. Honey
    1/4 tsp. dried Oregano
    1/4 tsp. Pepper, black
    1 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
    1 Tbs. Olive Oil

Directions

In a glass jar or bowl, combine mustard and honey. Add seasonings and whisk. Add vinegar, whisking well and then add olive oil. Shake or whisk well and let stand 30 minutes. Serve chilled after shaking or stirring well.

Serving Size: Serving is aprox 2 T.
