Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup self rising white flour
    1 cup spelt flour
    1 cup 1% milk
    1 cup Almond milk
    1 large egg
    1 tbs olive oil
    1 tbs cinnamon
    1 packet Stevia


Tips

Cover a plate with a pot lid while stacking cakes during the cooking process. Make the entire recipe and freeze extras.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Using a soup ladle, spoon into hot pan with olive oil and fry until brown on both sides.
