Introduction

Lots of protein, fiber and some fruits to make it delicious to wake you up in the morning Lots of protein, fiber and some fruits to make it delicious to wake you up in the morning
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 banana
    2 Tbsp ground flax seed
    1/4 cup Juice (oceanspray or a V8)
    1 cup spinach
    3 frozen strawberries
    spoonful of Chobani greek yogurt
    Whey protein, Tbsp or two
    whatever other fruits are in season or you've frozen.. blueberries, blackberries, pineapple, to name a few

    a splash of water will make it less thick, add as much as you'd like to change the viscosity to your choosing.

Directions

toss it all into the blender for a minute to mix it up
