can of rotel tomato w/green chili
3 tomatos chopped
1/4 to 1 tsp cumin (to taste start with half of 1/2 a tsp)
garlic cloves 3-4
salt to taste ( i dont add salt because canned tomatoes usually have enough in them already)
this is a great base for salsa. feel free to add more veggies, like bell pepper, or corn and black beans after blending. a little chipotle pepper in adobo is really good too. fruit like peaches or mango or raspberry cand be added as well but they do make it very sweet.
Serving Size: 10-20 tblspoons or more
