8 oz Beef (bottom round roast)
1 cup mushroom slices, sauted
1 Cup barley, cooked
3-4 large potatos, chunked and blanched
2/3 Cup green beans
2/3 Cup early peas
2 tsp beef bouillon
4 cups water
Add pepper, garlic, etc to your own taste.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
