Introductionveggie mini quiches veggie mini quiches
1 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp butter
1 stalk broccoli
2 cups spinach
2/3 cup cheddar cheese
Sautee onions and broccoli in butter.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, and season with salt and pepper.
Spray a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray, sprinkle some cheese in each cup, then add vegetables, and then pour in egg mixture
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
Serving Size: makes 12 mini quiches
