1 cup diced pineapple fresh or frozen 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen 1 cup baby spinach 2 tbsp wheat germ 1 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 cup Greek yogurt , plain
Mix baby spinach in a blender with as much water as needed to create a spinach "juice" add in wheat germ and chia seed and blend. Add Greek yogurt and blend, add more water as needed. Put fresh fruit in blender or microwave frozen fruit until mostly thawed then add to blender. Blend until completely incorporated. Enjoy!
