Salmon & Swai with Pear Lime Sauce

Introduction

A taste of the tropics. My son doesn't like salmon so I added Swai for him. You can also divide the fish between each person to get a flavor of both types. A taste of the tropics. Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2- 4oz salmon filets
    1- 4oz swai filet
    1 Tbsp pear jam
    1Tbsp cilantro
    Zest & juice from 1 lime or 2 key limes

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Zest lime & set aside. Mix jam, & juice from lime. Put fish in roasting pan, spread pear mixture on fish, top with lime zest & cilantro. Bake 15 -20 min or until flakey.
