    Spinach
    Banana

    Pineapple

Tips

This shake has a mild taste to it, not sweet or heavy like most shakes. It is for clensing toxins from your body.


Directions

Core the fruit, chop up in small pieces. Put all ingredients in a high speed blender such as a NINJA. Add a couple of cups of water, the more water the thinner the shake will be.
